bc55 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your bc55 account, account balance, or any rights associated with your account to any third party.
bc55 processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other major Malaysian banks), DuitNow QR, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and USDT (Tether). Accepted payment methods are subject to change at bc55's discretion.
All funds deposited to bc55 must originate from a payment source owned and operated by the account holder. Third-party deposits — payments made using a payment method registered in another person's name — are strictly prohibited. bc55 may request evidence of payment source ownership at any time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. bc55 targets same-day processing for standard withdrawal amounts. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the platform, network, or game server during an active game or bet, bc55 will endeavour to restore the game to its last verifiable state. Where this is not technically possible, bc55 may void the affected round and return stakes to players.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bc55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the bc55 Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
bc55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bc55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from network failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events outside bc55's reasonable control.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on bc55. bc55 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players using the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
bc55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its Platform. bc55 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings, including configurable deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to create a new bc55 account. Self-exclusion periods are self-selected and range from a minimum of six months to permanent exclusion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bc55's licensing jurisdiction.
